Description

Dunlop Grandtrek Ice02 tires are new for the 2015/2016 winter season. The innovative directional design of the new Dunlop tires is designed for harsh winter conditions with snow drifts and ice on the roads. The special shape of the directional anti-skid studs, as well as the dimensions of the stud core and base, provide excellent grip on ice and reliable fixation in the tread. The new tread material composition has a two-layer structure, which significantly improves handling on ice and snow and increases tire life. The use of proprietary Miura-Ori and 4D Nano Design three-dimensional siping technologies on both models made it possible to achieve the highest performance characteristics on all types of road surfaces in the most severe weather conditions, which was brilliantly demonstrated by tests carried out at a special winter test site in Arctic Falls in Sweden, Dunlop test site in Japan and Lake Baikal.
