Description

The Vredestein Wintrac Xtreme is the first winter tire to be developed in partnership with Giugiaro Design. Aggressive, clean lines with a W-shaped tread pattern give this tire a special aesthetic appeal. The main focus of the development of Wintrac Xtreme was on the technology of applying sipes – drainage grooves of the tread.
The tread compound uses Optimum Silica Processing (OSP) to improve winter handling and wet traction. The even pressure distribution over the tire surface ensures uniform wear, resulting in low noise levels throughout the entire tire life.
